The Wedding & Reception will be held at the hotel. There will be cocktails and fresh fruit and veggies at 5:00pm prior to the ceremony. The ceremony itself will begin at 6:00pm. After the ceremony there will be pictures and immediately following there will be a three-course dinner. Cocktails, wine and soda will be included and are unlimited. There will be a DJ with a stage for on-going music and entertainment, with dancing for hours after dinner. At 11:00pm, there will be more food served for the last hour of the evening.

Everyone is invited to stay the night at the hotel following the Reception, but you must RSVP by December 15th if you would like to do that. It is $150 for a couple for one room. If you put 4 people in a room, it is $285, roughly $70 per person. It is up to you. If you would like a full breakfast included with the room, it is $170 for 2 people and $325 for 4 people. It is $10 more per person for breakfast. Check-In is at 2:00pm and Check-Out is at 1:00pm. Please let us know if you would like to stay more than one night and we can make arrangements. You can also stay in Cuernavaca, which is 20min away. There are a number of hotels we can recommend for lower prices. Transportation would be up to you though. Please let us know if you would like further info on any of the hotels.

If you are flying, it will be into Mexico City. From there you can take the bus or rent a car. To rent a car, call 0034952057240 directly for airport rental car services. The bus terminal is located at Gate D. You can take the bus to Cuernava for about $5 and it takes about 45 min. For departure times, go to www.cuernavacainfo.com/bus. Taxis are very expensive, so we don`t recommend that. If you are renting a car, please be aware that Mexico City is very dangerous to drive in so limit your time there to the bare minimum. In Cuernavaca you can either get a hotel there or we can arrange to pick you up if you would like to stay at the Hotel Hermosa.
